We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Worldwide Food Safety and Compliance department as a Program Manager. This program management position will coordinate and oversee the execution of consumable inventory related regulatory compliance for all North American operations sites. The program manager is crucial to the Food Safety Program support for site launches; aligning and improving processes among the core stakeholders; and project management of renewals and new applications for fast growing portfolio
-Bachelors Degree -3+ years of program management experience in a retail or manufacturing environment -Knowledge of government regulations -Experience working in food safety or regulatory compliance -Experience interacting with local Departments of Health and other regulatory agencies -Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within the team and interfacing with external stakeholders -Ability to understand, troubleshoot and communication complex technical processes and issues with non-technical colleagues -Exceptional organizational skills, ability to work independently and autonomously
