The team collects and listens to employee feedback and translates insights into opportunities and action. Self-service is the preferred way to get help for Amazon employees. Our team also owns the employee experience of accessing and engaging with human support when self-sufficiency or automation fails. Amazon’s Employee Experience team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support design, development, and

· 3+ years’ relevant experience in program/project management and/or product experience with a passion for revolutionizing the current experience. · Advanced analytic and quantitative skills, SQL or Tableau. · Intermediate or better proficiency in data querying and manipulation via SQL (or other tools/languages) · Intermediate or better proficiency with data visualization (Tableau, Quicksight, etc.) · Background in data relationships, data mining and quantitative vs. qualitative analytics · Proficient at developing and managing effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple
