The mission for the Employee Experience team is to provide the authoritative source for voice of the employee and actionable insights for Employee Services. The team collects and listens to employee feedback and translates insights into opportunities and action. Do you want to join an innovative team to improve the employee experience by reinventing the current support model by introducing new technology including intelligent chat bot assistant? Do you want to change the way that employees are getting help for work related questions? The Employee Experience team is leading the innovations in this spaces and sets the bar for a new, technically advanced support solution. We're looking for a Program Manager to lead our effort to support development of chat bot content/utterances, measure the accuracy the content and identify the gaps between employee needs and our solution based on the interaction with our new product. · 3+ years’ relevant experience in program/project management and/or product experience with a passion for revolutionizing the current experience · Utterances and content creation experience for chat bot/Alexa utterances · Understanding of Natural Language Processing · Working experience of content management systems · Working experience of content performances tools · MBA or advance degree in an equivalent field · Experience in reporting tools and products · Certification in process excellence (PMI, PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma) · The candidate will have succeeded in delivering programs/services in
