Amazon CS is one of the largest customer service organizations in the world. Our tens of thousands of Customer Service Associates (CSAs) around the globe provide world-class support to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in over 15 languages (and growing). The CS Concession organization owns the policies and technology that remediate any negative customer experiences (e.g., broken product, late delivery, or wrong item). These experiences are backed by complex high available systems that utilize big data analysis and natural language processing to make solutions that can be tailed to each customer. Our team is looking for a passion program manager to develop and lead our project management office. This individual will be tasked with coordinating resource planning and project execution across six cross functional teams with 50+

· BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, Philosophy, Political Science, Accounting, Engineering and/or similar discipline and 2+ years’ relevant work experience. · Experience planning and executing projects across multiple teams. · Experience planning and reconciling budgets. · Proven ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities. · History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. · Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership · MBA/MS and 2+ years’ relevant experience including project management experience · 3+ years’ experience
