Amazon.com's Corporate Systems team is recruiting a Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for driving the design and execution of a plan to segment our global corporate network of services into regional ecosystems that allow us to deliver a seamless experience to users operating inside and outside regional boundaries. You will drive IT projects across a variety of technologies and disciplines including the use of cloud computing technologies. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering complex solutions, collecting product and business requirements, driving the development schedule from design to release, making appropriate tradeoffs to manage risk, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and client project teams
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or relevant work experience) · 3+ years managing cross functional projects in a fast-paced technical environment · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies· Experience with identity federation and network architecture · Understanding of Identity Systems like LDAP and/or Active Directory · Flexibility, thinking on your feet, and strong problem solving skills · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Demonstrable track record dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
