Job Description Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support optimization efforts across global and extended operations teams globally. This program manager will leverage their management and leadership capabilities to coordinate and manage optimization initiatives across multiple teams. He/she will play an active role in identifying optimization efforts, creating implementation plans, and then driving team members, stakeholders and third parties to achieve those goals. He/she will institute a scalable mechanism for reporting, metrics setting, and other key processes (OP1, OP2 and headcount) across multiple owners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment. He/she is a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for delivering results.
