The AWS Talent Acquisition (TA) team is seeking a passionate, resourceful and collaborative Recruiting Program Manager to help us build and execute upon event strategies in support of our AWS Utility Computing Events Recruiting team. With strong support and sponsorship from your customers and leadership, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across a variety of teams in the AWS UC space. The successful candidate will be able to dive into data and turn ideas into action. They will propose and execute projects to increase the candidate pipeline, deliver a top notch candidate experience, build relationships with talent pools, build and lead training sessions related to hiring a pipeline, and track progress to goals to ensure the most impactful results. There are many opportunities in this space to innovate, learn, and experiment, while working closely with TA leadership, our business leaders, and the HR team. · 5+ years’ project or program management experience · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience· Experience designing and delivering programs · Experience delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences · Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills · Proficient in MS Excel · Experience in HR, Business Analytics, or Recruiting · Experience with recruiting processes · Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective programs and strategies · Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and work both collaboratively
