ME Program Manager Amazon’s Event Operations is a globally focused team delivering high caliber events for Amazon. Event Operations is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager (PM) to join our team in guiding strategy and development of the program, helping develop our team, while inspiring high quality and efficiency. In this role you will: · Participate in customer outreach via surveys, open houses, observations and workshops to understand our customer · Work closely with in-house production teams to learn use cases and work flows · Partner closely with the Global Operations Manager and Regional Production Managers to help drive the production standards for the Event
· Strong attention to detail skills · Strong written communication and document writing skills · At least 5 years in a professional office environment · At least 2 years’ experience in Program Management · Prioritization while multi-tasking under pressure and within short time constraints · Complex calendar management experience · High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint • Passionate about improving the customer experience • Possess a strong desire to learn new technologies, the curiosity to figure out how things work • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated
