Our team is focused on driving improvement to Virtual contact support agents through tracking, defect elimination, and investment strategy. We advocate for improvements through technology and partnering with Software Development Engineers, Web development engineers and other Program managers. As a Program Manager with Global IT’s Product and Development team, you will be working in a large, complex, and dynamic, data-driven environment. You will manage analysis and reporting of spend data, assess real estate investment opportunities, identify drivers and levers of IT expense, and identify systemic challenges across sites, business units, vendors, and assets. This position requires the candidate to diagnose current Amazon processes and metrics, identify opportunities, work with business partners to identify tools/systems
5+ years of professional experience in operations, engineering, or finance position or Program management positions. 2+ years of relevant business leadership, setting and influencing strategic direction BA/BS degree Experience working with development teamsExperience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence senior business leaders through verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic,
