We earn Customer trust by setting a high and consistent bar for like-new product quality, qualifying and performance managing Selling Partners, and attaching an extended warranty to all Renewed products. The Renewed Customer Trust and Operations Team is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PgM) to drive global initiatives that enhance Customer and Selling Partner trust and create 5-star experiences. The PgM will design, build, execute, and improve business processes and build an operational infrastructure that will allow scalability to support the long-term growth of Renewed

· 5+ Years project / program management. · 3+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional, project. · Specialized degree (BA/BS) or higher in a relevant field required. · Excellent planning and execution skills. Meticulous and methodical, detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to dive deep and ask the right questions. · Advanced knowledge of Excel, strong presentation skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire large groups of people. · Analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
