The Amazon Employee Services Technology Team is looking for an innovative, organized and resourceful HR Program Manager to own and execute product launches of Amazon’s employee engagement solutions Salesforce platform. As an HR Program Manager, you will execute product launches and service delivery initiatives to build scale, efficiency, and a great employee experience. You will work globally with business owners, product management, business analysts, partner teams, technology, and HR leadership at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines and map those to global HR objectives. You will drive program deliverables, provide escalation management, and deliver regular communications to stakeholders.
