We are seeking a delivery-oriented, strategic Senior Program Manager to join our WW Operations Human Resources organization. This role will lead initiatives that focus on a variety of areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and the associated products and technology. The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle project/program management, from concept and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement. Responsibilities will include: · Identifying new opportunities — assess and prioritize program/process needs based on leadership/business needs, candidate needs, or team/efficiency needs. · Managing multiple program areas - maintain ongoing operations, track delivery against program objectives and implement proposals to improve program services and efficiencies. · Executing organization-wide initiatives — define project plans, assemble resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes associated
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in business, HR or related field · Experience leading cross-functional projects with demonstrated expertise leading without authority to achieve results · Experience in a Human Resources role or function · Successful record of building, improving and running operational business processes globally, ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction · Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail · Well-honed
