The Workforce Staffing Global PMO team is seeking an experienced candidate to help drive and lead strategic programs within Workforce Staffing. WW Ops HR is currently executing a portfolio of strategic programs to transform our global field operations. These programs include operating model transformation, development of standard process and implementation of new tools and technology. · 8+ years relevant program or project management experience · 2+ years in delivering transformative programs · 2+ years in business case management or other relevant experience · Experience implementing and maintaining processes in large-scale, complex environments· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · PMP certification · Successful record of building, improving and running operational business processes globally, ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction in an Amazon business · Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments
