The Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead our reimbursements abuse prevention program in the US and managing our partnerships. Our team’s objective is to investigate Sellers using Fulfillment by Amazon for reimbursement abuse and related defects, which includes understanding all areas of the supply chain from shipment inbound to Customer returns. This is a chance to lead an innovative growing program, create new partnerships across the company, work on our data science roadmap, and understand various aspects of a Seller’s interaction with Amazon. Responsibilities include: · Own and scale the reimbursement abuse prevention program in the US · Actively build relationships across Amazon to deliver on your roadmap. Partner with other program/product managers, operations and Seller support teams, technology teams, and data analysts to deliver on your roadmap · Build and own regular program review mechanisms to ensure business goals are met · Make
· 3+ years of professional experience delivering end-to-end medium to large scale cross-functional programs · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Operations or Business · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Prior experience in running cross-organizational meetings and presentations to senior leaders · Knowledge of SQL querying· Completed advanced degree in Business or Operations (e.g. MBA, Masters in Supply Chain) · 5+ years’ experience in operations and/or project management · Demonstrated experience of innovation and creating and scaling an idea from the ground
