In this role, you will collaborate with team members across design, engineering, marketing, PR, and business development to craft and deliver new experiences for Game Pass customers. Bring people together across multiple disciplines (design, business development, user research, engineering, and marketing) to execute on our vision for future Game Pass experiences. Create product strategy and frame the problems we want to take on together. Align the team on goal, strategy, success-measures, schedule, and approach Work with Engineering and Design leads to create a plan, get dependencies identified and locked, and keep everyone informed of progress.
What you'll need 4+ years of experience in delivering consumer focused software (required) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (preferred) Prior experience working in gaming or consumer subscription services (preferred) Proven track record of successfully shipping features in multiple ship cycles Preferred qualifications: BA/BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Experience in working with design, program managers, and software developers to build consumer applications.
