The Xbox Cloud Gaming team is looking for a Program Manager with experience building cloud-scale operation al functions including service s metrics , reporting, build systems, and release readiness . As a member of a new team , you will help drive the strategy from Project xCloud management and deliver tactical execution for out next-gen cloud-based gaming streaming space. You'll be in on the ground floor, helping to create release readiness frameworks , engage and operate timely shiproom , build team culture, and help innovate our industry changing new product. Partner with internal customers to develop technical roadmap s and adoption pathways for seamless onboarding and flighting experiences Deliver release management strateg ies for platform integration and client updates Drive new projects from idea inception to completion confident and inspiring enough to lead  Shiprooms U nderstand build systems and how to drive code flow (through dev/test/quality counterparts) Able to write specs with clarity which define and frame the challenge while articulating the intended experience with measurable outcomes D rive bugs and ICM's which help keep our systems
Experience engineering new platforms requiring 3rd party integration, release management, operational security standards, customer feedback loops, and/or operational health monitoring 2+ years experience with Agile software development Understand Flighting and flight concepts for data driven decisions Has ability to use Azure DevOps and PowerBI dashboards to help indicate the overall health of our releases Must be able to "tell the story" in a succinct way at scale for people to help ship a great products Passion for large-scale distributed system development Motivated to learn challenging technical
