The Azure Cost Management team is chartered with building capabilities that enable Azure and cross cloud customers to analyze, optimize, save and reinvest their Azure usage and spend. We are searching for a program manager who can help us achieve that by having a much more meaningful relation with our customers and drive value for them and Microsoft. There is lots of cross group work across geographies, meeting with and engaging with Azure customers, so you'll need to love that kind of work and be proficient at creating and maintaining warm and productive working relationships.. This is a PM role with lots of customer interaction to understand their feature needs, manage CSAT and managing the feature lifecycle What's important is that you can show empathy

Engage with customer and partners to understand their needs and drive E2E ownership of features through its entire project lifecycle Partnering with teams across Microsoft worldwide to understand the requirements and work with engineering teams on the implementation details This role requires someone who can quickly step into a highly technical area and help design solutions and their delivery using dashboards, portals, APIs. Engage with customer and partners to evangelize capabilities via meetings and social media. Have a good understanding of solutions and capabilities offered by other cloud
Required: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline 4+ Years of building, shipping and supporting software Preferred: Domain expertise of one or more cloud providers like Azure, AWS, GCP Track record of exhibiting Technical depth and quick ramp up on new products and technologies Experience collaborating and communicating with cross functional teams Experience with software release management practices, tools, and automation Passion for customer experience Experience building scalable and fault-tolerant systems in a cloud/hybrid environment Experience on projects
