The Office Small Business Team was formed to understand , explore , and deliver compelling offerings that bring value for our small and medium business (SMB) customers , defined as 1- 300 employees . Our mission is to make O365 more relevant , compelling , and delight ful for these customers and the partners who serve them ! We are looking for a program manager to lead projects targeted to this mission, working with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other partners across Office. The primary product we work with is Microsoft Team s ; the modern workplace hub . You will take a broad product management perspective, from business strategy and market landscape through to product design and development , both directly and working with other internal partners . Your focus will include both customer - facing experiences, features, and applications for Microsoft Teams as well as partner focused tools and experiences . The role will include all aspects of product development including planning,
B uild modern, beautiful experiences focused on delivering value specific to SMB customers or partners Contribute to overall product strategy, priorities, and roadmap . Own backlog s and deliverables, with clear prioritization and an urgency to ship . Keep the release schedules focused, on track, and high quality in partnership with Engineering. Partner with Design and Engineering to develop high quality experiences, specs, and experiments. Have clear metrics and project ed impacts for all work. Define and maintain dashboards to support the product. Be aware and have informed opinions of market
3 + years of program management experience with proven success in delivering end user facing products and services , working across organization al boundaries . Experience as a program manager or product manager for end user facing features and products. A growth hacker with passion for solving user problems backed with sharp analysis of data .
