Drive all aspects of new feature development from concept, through planning and execution, to release, to retirement Communicate a compelling vision and strategy appropriate or all levels from VP to the IC implementing the code Collaborate with engineering, program managers, and other stakeholders on plans of record, managing risks/issues, and release communications Collaborate with appropriate owners to develop specs and maintain documentation Communicate the project schedule, status reports, KPI and other analysis that keeps team and leadership informed on progress and impact Get users excited
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science At least 3 years of experience as a program or product manager in a technical area Preferred Qualifications: A passion for developing software Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex processes effectively and succinctly to different disciplines and levels of the organization Customer-obsessed and eager to show impact by using data from your business Demonstrated experience researching customer hypothesis and experimentation-based product design Ability to dive into technical
