Microsoft Teams is the fastest growing business app in Microsoft's history. We're leveraging what we've learned about communications to expand with an offering for Microsoft consumer users. This is your opportunity to build on top of a rich existing stack as well as our GroupMe and Skype assets. We will create a mobile first, consumer hub that blends the best of chat with tools for coordination and collaboration. You will be responsible for key features, customer strategy, and end to end execution, and accountable for achieving growth and a product students and faculty love. • Understand our consumer customers and opportunity, create a strategy and roadmap to make Microsoft Teams for consumers successful • Generate synergy with partner organizations and across teams • Understand our product vision, and pair it with an engineering ability to deliver in fast, fluid, and reliable ways • Collaborate and drive technical and performance requirements into our feature experiences. • Drive VP reviews of our service capabilities and backlogs • Partner with internal teams to ensure new scenarios have the support they need from existing or new services • Coordinate with dependency
• 3+ years of Program Management, Product Management, or equivalent experience • BS or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related STEM field
