The Azure compute team is looking for entrepreneurial, highly passionate, technical program manager to join our ranks. You'll help define the strategy and deliver amazing customer value in the Azure cloud, and the results of your work will have broad customer and Microsoft impact as you engage with some of the largest Microsoft customers. You'll be part of a team of high-caliber individuals as you envision, plan, design, and ship key innovations across multiple compute VM families and define the next set of Azure products. You will engage in deep collaboration across Azure product groups, our field as well as with customers and the ecosystem to chart your and help customers innovate with the power of Azure.
We are looking for a strong and passionate candidate who will help define and drive the strategy and roadmap for our High Performance Computing in Azure capabilities with focus on delivering differentiated offerings to satisfy the needs of cloud customers across a number of leading workloads. Engage closely with our partner teams in Azure global, field organizations and directly with customers to understand the unique requirements of leading HPC workloads and use this as input to define our HPC strategy and investments across both our VM offerings and required infrastructure components. 4 years of technical program management/engineering experience preferably in a cloud environment The ideal candidate will have: Proven program/project manager with strong history of delivering highly effective and collaborative projects Passion for solving customer facing problems with engineering to improve both the product and customer experiences Strong Computer Science fundamentals BS in Computer Science or related field MS preferred or equivalence of years of working experience 4+ years of technical program management/engineering experience preferably in a cloud environment Demonstratable
