We have exciting things going on in the Fleet Management organization, and we’re looking for a Program Manager that is ready to join AWS and help us innovate on behalf of our customers. AWS Fleet Management owns the processes and tools that Amazon business units use to plan, forecast, order, and receive server capacity. We turn vast amounts of data into insights that enable business owners to optimize their inventory and associated utilization and cost. What we own matters; every customer who uses Amazon’s products is supported by the compute infrastructure we provide! What you’ll own: We need a Program Manager who can take ambiguous problems and work through a resolution. You will be responsible for managing one of our capacity products supporting internal Amazon software teams. You will lead and drive business and process improvement initiatives, work across many stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and define measures of success for these initiatives using customer facing KPI’s.
