As a Training Operations Manager, you will be managing a team of Regional Training Coordinators (TC’s) across US and with dotted line management of Canada. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies within the Training Coordinator role as well as requirement gathering and implementation for new programs across AMER. Responsibilities will also include resource management to ensure coverage during leave and attrition and providing coaching and development of the TC’s careers. · 3-5 years experience with preferably people management. · Solid experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company. · Several year experience of team management and mentoring · Experience in business operations · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint · Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills. · Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment· Bachelor’s degree or greater level of education in
