· Bachelor's degree required · 2+ years’ experience in program or project management · 2+ years experience leading cross-functional projects/programs · Experience working with MS Excel, MS Project, Sharepoint, SIM/TT · Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems · Experience managing a variety of issues concurrently to resolution · Experience and willingness to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) · Experience using data and analytics to make informed decisions and "measure what you manage" · Experience working and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders · Willingness to travel
