*This Program Manager does not need to work in Seattle, they may sit in a virtual location anywhere in the U.S. The Leadership and Development (L and D) Team within Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) is looking for Learning and Development Program Manager who will be responsible for creating innovative and scalable learning solutions for these quickly growing businesses and managing training programs for various leadership populations across the GSF operations. Some of these global businesses include AMXL, Prime Now, Amazon Fresh, Treasure Truck, Whole Foods Market, just to name a few. The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. This position reports to the Senior L and D Program Manager who manages onboarding and training programs for Leaders in GSF
