Then this role within the Surface Commercial Go-to-Market (GTM) team is for you. The Commercial Performance and Lifecycle Optimization Team is looking for an energetic candidate to manage the optimization of demand and supply planning and the attach business that will drive significant business impact from the profitability perspective.

The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role on how we drive efficiencies and processes to optimize the demand and supply planning for Surface WW and lead the GTM for all Surface accessories and warranties. This role will be responsible for: Lead the engagement with the corp. and field demand and supply planning communities Identify, build proposals and land execution around areas of improvement for demand planning Lead the engagement with the Data Science team to automate processes and bring machine learning into demand planning Track performance metrics and take corrective actions in
Minimum Requirement: - +3 years in Marketing, Fiance or supply chain required - +2 years of experience working with and in partnership with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team (i.e. Supply chain, marketing, finace, sales) Here is what you should bring to the role or be passionate about learning: Positive attitude with an appetite to learn Intellectual curiosity that enables you to continuously drive to understand root cause Interest in analytical problems Interest in process simplification and driving scale Ability to diagnose performance problems and driving resolution partnering with multiple
