- be the lead technical evangelist of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement "Service" solutions capabilities, creating and presenting scenario-based product demonstrations at internal and external conferences and strategic briefings - drive the creation of differentiated technical marketing content - collaborate with Dynamics 365 feature PMs to deliver functional roadmap and disclosure content - scale technical content and evangelism of solutions capabilities and scenarios across internal Microsoft and external partner audiences
