Windows Insider Program Product Marketing Manager role expectations - Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow and engage the Windows Insider base of over 15 million members globally; Collaborate with Windows engineering to understand the product roadmap and translate into content for Windows Insiders via the program's integrated marketing channels Work across Modern Life and Devices marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and product launches Lead the ongoing implementation for program's customer relationship management (CRM) platform and digital marketing campaigns to engage
Qualifications: Strong communication, project management and agency management skills Experience with customer-centered CRM program management, campaign design and execution, storytelling on multimedia platforms, and integrated marketing – web, email, social media. Experience working with mid-to senior level management Strong attention to and command of detail Preferably, experience in creating or managing field engagement programs Great communication and collaboration skills to connect with wide set of stakeholders on cross-functional teams; not afraid to build new connections and work together
