Amazon Consumer Behavior Analytics is looking for an analytical and technically skilled leader to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading product development for Amazon Cross-Channel Marketing and Prime, developing internal products for measuring the effectiveness of cross-channel advertising spend and optimizing marketing investments across all channels. You will play a leading role to define a product vision to build the appropriate data warehouse and leverage machine learning algorithms to deliver insights and optimize ROI for marketing dollars. You will have responsibility through the full product life cycle, from product vision, strategic planning, prioritization and development to adoption and iteration. This is a high impact role on a talented and close knit team of economists, data scientists, program managers and software development engineers. This is what we are looking for in broad strokes. · Bachelor’s degree · Software, technology, program or product management experience preferably with a media related product; 5+ years of product experience is preferred · Minimum 10+ years of software development experience or 5+ year in a hands-on measurement role · Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and charts), Tableau or similar data analysis tool. · Proficient in SQL/Hive or scripting or analytical language · Solid command of descriptive statistics · Ecommerce experience, both US and international · Experience in designing
