As a Business Development Product Manager within AWS, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy that directly influences the AWS feature roadmap. We are looking for someone who will drive the Product Feature Request Tooling strategy that directly links customer feedback to our Service teams. This includes understanding the needs for data and tooling across multiple user groups like sales, solution architects, support, business development, and service teams. You will help determine critical requirements for both tooling improvements and analysis to bring into and build within the tool. The ideal candidate will have
· BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Business · 5+ years of Product or Program Management experience in a related industry · 5+ years’ experience to deep dive/analyze customer related data using advanced Excel skills · 5+ years’ experience owning projects, think big, act quickly, and influence across all levels of an organization · 5+ years’ experience developing and optimizing operational processes and technologies· Experience with Agile/Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt, PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or other project/program
