The Region Services (RS) Product Management team is seeking an individual with product management experience in web based products or services and development operations. The RS team is responsible for the construction of new regions worldwide and building internal and external facing services to support our customer segment. As a Product Manager, you will own all aspects of your product, from strategy to operational excellence. You will work directly with your customers and partners to understand their needs from both a business and technical perspective. You will define and drive the product roadmap that will help us scale the business. You will represent your product to customers and executive leadership, and serve as the overall business owner of the product. Ownership extends from product to operations, and in this role you will roll up your sleeves and work directly with engineering, operations and support teams to help build, maintain, and optimize the features and services that
· Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or other related field. · 5+ years experience as product manager for software, web applications, internet sites, or other relevant industries. · 5+ years experience translating customer needs into user stories, developing cost and pricing models, and delivering exceptional customer experiences · 5+ years experience prioritizing a large backlog of requirements, and developing roadmaps that delivers customers’ most valued features first · Operations experience in development, testing, or other system administration functions · Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing,
