Are you passionate about improving the customer experience around digital content? Do you like to dive deep to understand problems? Do you like to create customer-centric mechanisms that drive measurable improvements? Does driving results across teams and countries sound exciting to you? If so, the Selection and Quality Experience group in Kindle has a product role for someone who wants to take their skills and customer impact to the next level. Kindle customers expect an exceptional experience as they discover, purchase, and read their eBooks. The selection of books they can choose from and the quality of those books and related metadata plays a large role in that experience. We build close-loop mechanisms that seek to continually improve both quality and selection for Kindle eBooks. These mechanisms are end to end, and often have both customer and publisher/author touch points. The work is global, and crosses all devices, reading applications, and Kindle store surfaces.
