Amazon Fulfillment Services is looking for a motivated individual with analytical skills and project management experience to join our Inbound Supply Chain Team. In this position you will be responsible for managing programs which improve the flow of materials and information from Amazon’s vendors into our Fulfillment Centers and other downstream systems. As a member of the Inbound Supply Chain Team, you will act as a project manager for several inbound logistics and information technology products working cross functionally with Operations, S and OP, Transportation, Technology, and the Vendors to accomplish key improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to do deep dive analyses that support key projects, developing the knowledge of data gathering and navigating the vast Amazon data warehouse. You will be expected to provide data-driven decision support and business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable. You will be required to support continuous improvement
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience. • 4+ years of demonstrated quantitative and qualitative experience with demonstrated impact to a business, a track record of creative problem solving using software systems, and the desire to create and build new processes. • Demonstrated ability to understand the needs of frontline associates and managers through discussion, observation, field trails, and translate learning to define scaleable tech/process solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication with senior management and VP level decision makers
