The Product Marketing team for Modern Life in Windows and Devices is focused on doing just that. The Modern Life team is a new team at Microsoft with lots of energy and passion. We have a large task ahead of us to help consumers get more out Microsoft's ecosystem. This role will focus specifically on the Modern Life strategy and roadmap of Photos, 3D, Video, and Mixed Reality. You will work closely with engineering leaders across the company and will need to influence them to prioritize media creation features for Modern Life. In addition, you will also need to identify key trends, data points, competitive products and build an in-depth marketing plan based off these insights. • Develop and drive product and marketing strategies built on deep business, ecosystem, product and market understanding. • Bring together engineering and marketing from across the company to establish a compelling creativity and offering for Windows 10 customers. • Intelligently and effectively articulate and demo the value proposition Windows creativity features. • Collaborate with other consumer product and marketing teams at Microsoft so creativity and requirements are taken into consideration for their product releases.
Candidates should have solid marketing leadership skills with a proven ability to partner across large organizations to develop compelling propositions to help drive the business forward with definitive ROI. You must be visible and influential to ensure maximum executive buy-in and support-and to focus mindshare and resources across Microsoft. • You should have a track record of working with internal partners to execute on your strategies with passion, precision and excellence.
