AWS’s Business Technology and Solutions (BTS) team is seeking a results-driven, customer focused and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive the development of a brand new Sales Performance Management platform. The BTS team provides the underlying infrastructure (systems, tools, processes) to support the rapidly growing world-wide AWS Sales organization. This includes finding inventive ways to scale the business, which will be critical for AWS to continue its incredible growth. The Sales Performance Management platform will consists of mutiple modules, one of which is in the middle of build and set to launch this year, while the others are early stage and still need to be defined. You will lead key project work streams that will entail scoping problem or opportunity areas, problem/opportunity deep dives,
· 3+ years of product or program management experience · Bachelor’s Degree · Track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects, taking a project from a non-existing state/idea to launch · Proven project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying product roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines and status reporting · MBA or advanced degree · Experience developing and launching new programs, products or features · Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team members
