Lead the supply chain execution of Surface and PC Accessory launches and retirement, ensuring that every launch is supported to meet demand and targeted inventory levels. This position will also focus on managing inventory throughout the lifecycle of accessories ensuring we balance supply and demand while minimizing Excess and Obsolescence (E and O). This position will work closely within Microsoft Devices Supply Chain including Demand Planning, Supply Planning as well as with other teams including Marketing, Sourcing, Manufacturing and various other groups. At least 5 years of supply chain experience. Business or engineering degree, MBA preferred. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a hands-on spirit. Advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Leadership of complex cross functional projects, with proven ability to meet challenging organizational objectives. Experience working cross-functionally and at all levels including senior management to design and implement programs and solutions.
