We are looking for a entrepreneurial leader that is passionate about using customer insights to develop products and brands. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven leader who will contribute to our product and brand roadmap through customer insights and market research. In this role, you will be in charge of our research and test plans to identify product and/or brand propositions. You will identify and prioritize research questions and employ the best research method(s) based on research goals, timelines and resourcing. Your data analysis should uncover insightful and actionable results that can drive product decisions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with market and customer research, both primary and secondary. They should be adept at developing a research and test plan for new product concepts and be comfortable summarizing research with actionable recommendations to identify and prioritize product concepts. S/he should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical

· Bachelor’s degree · 6+ years in hands-on experience conducting insights or market research, brand development, new product innovation and/or marketing · Strong analytic abilities with experience using qualitative and quantitative skills to develop product strategies · Proficient in Excel · Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities · Evidence of influencing the strategic direction of a business unit through customer or market analysis · Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture· Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field · 3+ years using
