Amazon Web Services (AWS) is building a world-class marketing organization, and we are looking for a Product Analytics Manager as part of Marketing Data: Science and Engineering (D:SE) team to fuel the marketing team’s performance and growth. As a key team member on the team, you will partner with a team of experts across the fields of Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning and Data Engineering to develop new and innovative solutions to some of the hardest challenges in Marketing. In this role, you will work on the key initiatives and partner with business stakeholders, to drive actionable findings and recommendations to drive key business outcomes for the AWS business. We work across all areas of AWS marketing including our core marketing data solution, insights and reporting, targeting

· Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area such as math, statistics, computer science, engineering or equivalent experience · 3+ years of relevant experience in product or business analytics, business intelligence, market research or related field · Proficient in SQL working with large-scale, complex datasets from multiple sources · Advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, or similar BI tools · Working knowledge of ETL, data modeling and big data tools· Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous
