The Role The Cloud + AI Design Studio is looking for a customer-focused Producer to work with teams located in Bellevue and Microsoft's strategic R and D centers in Israel. We have created a unique pair of roles, where Producers in both locations collaborate to drive the activities of global teams with diverse product portfolios. This posting is for the Bellevue position. Our team's vision is to create professional, seamless, and friction-free experiences that enable our customers to work

Responsibilities Collaborate with Design, Engineering and PM partners to drive design deliverables for each product cycle Contribute to Studio's rhythm of business and operations; assist in aligning planning with business needs Evaluate the team's design process to find efficiencies and create supporting documentation Partner with design leads to identify capacity and help forecast for design workloads Manage design work items, scope and requirements, work-back calendar/schedules, and design deliverables Facilitate design reviews and ensure action items are captured and communicated Keep a pulse
Required Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills 1-3 years of relevant experience Experience managing projects and working with diverse teams Self-starter with passion for user experience and design Desire to learn about how design supports the business Customer-centric mindset and a desire to learn Nice to Have Growing understanding of the studio design disciplines Familiarity and working knowledge of current design or management tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe suite, Jira, DevOps, and others) Awareness of inclusive design and how it supports Microsoft's mission Willingness
