Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and enable scale. The Vendor Support and Operations team is the arm of the program that interfaces directly with the Selling Partners and has ultimate responsibility for delivering a high level of service, ensuring high operational standards and Selling Partner satisfaction with the program. This team is looking for a Process Specialist Lead to manage and own the Selling Partner feedback program. As a Process Specialist Lead you will own aggregating the Selling Partner feedback, organizing and publishing them. You will partner closely with relevant

· College degree or equivalent work experience. · Direct experience in in-stock or supply chain management in retail or related industries. · Demonstrated ability in learning tools, processes, and effectively utilizing them for service delivery. · Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in composing concise, accurate and appropriately targeted responses. · 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail or other operationally intensive industries with focus on in-stock or supply chain management. · Experience in change
