We are seeking process leads to join our Alexa shopping operations team. The Process Lead will work with a team of high performing individuals, responsible for end to end annotation tasks. The job involves stakeholder connect, process transition, creating metrics, work prioritization, be the subject matter expert for the process, understand annotation needs and create/update process SOPs, train L2 and L3 associates,
· A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Linguistics, Computer-Mediated Communication,Analytics etc. · 2+ years of stakeholder management and 2+ year experience working with data analysis(including advanced SQL skills · Experience communicating research findings and analysis in both written and spoken channels · Strong organizational skills and detail oriented · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills · Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment · Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization
