The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic data Program Manager on the Operations Technology Talent Acquisition (TA) Team to support critical verticals and relationships with Amazon core technology and innovation team partners. You will work closely with Business Leaders, Human Resources and Recruiting Leaders to deliver a suite of mission-critical reporting tools and talent mapping experiments. You will act as the bridge between program management and business intelligence teams to manage productivity dashboards requirements along with product/feature vision to become the trusted tools solution provider for the team. This is a key role within the TA Program Management team anchoring you with continued growth in business, recruitment, and people science skills. You will play a critical part in the team’s effectiveness assisting in decision making, problem solving and developing the roadmap for all inspection capabilities in recruiting top technical talent. Who We Are: Amazon’s Operations

· · 5+ years’ program management experience, with a passion for building new technology · 2+ years’ Experience with Excel, Access, SQL, and Perl or other scripting languages · Great organizational skills and attention to detail; you are able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously · Identify and resolve issues independently in a rapidly changing environment; taking initiative in ambiguous circumstances. · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams · · A solid understanding
