The Retail Experience Design (RED) organization is poised to revolutionize online shopping for millions of customers world-wide. We are looking for an experienced UX researcher with a quantitative or market research focus to help take our practice to the next level. You are an expert researcher who is a passionate customer advocate, and is excited about collaborating with qualitative researchers, designers, and product managers. You have strong executive presence and can guide business teams to incorporate industry trends and customer insights into long-term thinking. You’re comfortable discussing methodologies with the research team, and are equally comfortable presenting to and influencing stakeholders. You have a track record of thriving and delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Responsibilities · Define and scale RED's quantitative research and survey capabilities, programs, and insights. Be a resident quantitative research expert designing and

· 8+ years conducting user research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating deliverables across a range of quantitative and qualitative methods (e.g., study plans, reports, executive summaries) · MS in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology (or similar), or equivalent work experience. · Hands on quantitative research experience, particularly with identifying important industry and consumer trends · Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment. · Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
