Amazon Web Services (AWS) is building its own world-class personalization platform and we are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of self-service performance advertising products and features. Our products are strategically important to Amazon Web Services businesses driving long-term growth. Amazon Web Services Digital Marketing Platform and Operations Team (DMP) is seeking a Product Management Leader to own the AWS Targeting Platform products and technology as well as the operations team that supports and drives execution of ads across web properties and channels. The DMP Team is at the beginning of building a single technology stack to support Ad campaign creation, and a large-scale, algorithmically driven planning and performance-based system. Among other challenges the team owns where, when, and to whom we serve advertising. The team is responsible for the front-end experience and technologies used by internal teams and 3rd parties. In this role you will be responsible
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent · A passionate advocate for customers and their needs · 10+ years software, technology, program or product management experience preferably with internet business experience · 10+ years Product Management and Marketing experience · 3+ years of experience in online advertising and ad technologies · Track record of completing medium to large-scale projects from initiation to delivery · Ability to establish and manage projects and initiatives against a set of key metrics and goals · Demonstrated experience using testing methods
