· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline. · 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with 4+ years of hands-on technical leadership. · Experience working in cross functional groups including customers/users, software, supply chain, logistics, design, test, reliability, and failure analysis. · Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units. · Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules on a global scale. · Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
