The platform also powers the licensing business for millions of customers large and small, enabling them to use Microsoft software and services across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid scenarios. • Leading, hiring, mentoring and growing a team of 5 to 6 talented engineers. • Guiding your team to design, implement, schedule, and deliver value alongside our customers. Required Qualifications: • Strong and proven experience with distributed systems and technologies, including high availability, scalability and reliability concepts. • Proven track record of shipping highly-scalable and reliable services/systems • Extensive knowledge in at least one of: C#, C++, or Java. • 10+ years of professional software development experience and 5+ years of people management experience • BA or BS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience) Preferred Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write concise and accurate technical
