Azure PIE Dialtone Fabric team is working on the next generation fabric for Dialtone services in the Azure PIE organizations to serve both 1 st party and 3 rd party customers. The notifications platform is used for both 1 st party IcM OnCall notifications and 3 rd party Azure Monitor alerts. The challenges span across how to use Azure Stack for Dialtone services to how we can quickly and reliably send notifications to millions of users when there is a major Azure outage. In this role, you will be technical lead on the team driving the architecture of our products. You will work with Azure Monitor alerting team to enable new scenarios around alerting/notifications for 3 rd party customers. You will get to work on taking IcM OnCall capabilities to Azure 3 rd party customers. You will collaborate across boundaries to enable key services in Azure to become Dialtone enabling the right set of technologies for running hybrid services deployed across Azure Stack and Azure Cloud.

A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 8+ years software development experience (online services preferred) and experience in testing, deploying, operating, and supporting medium to large scale services on Azure, AWS or similar environments Experience with Docker or other container technologies Excellent C#, C/C++, Python or Java coding skills Experience is running shared infrastructure components on Linux like Cassandra, Pulsar, Envoy and other such technologies a plus Expertise in design, building and operating large scale distributed systems that can sustain rapid growth Technical
