Microsoft Retail Stores has an opening for a Principal Software Engineer that will lead an effort to create a modern, compliant, secure, and scalable content management and hosting platform. We want to reduce the friction from content creation, approvals, and publishing to enable a rapid process from end to end while also ensuring we achieve internet scale hosting targets. We are looking for someone that not only understands what it takes to architect and implement a world class content management system but also knows how to operate internet scale websites.

Basica Qualifications: 10+ years of experience architecting, designing, and developing software systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating and running secure, internet-scale, and reliable websites Outstanding technical problem solving and debugging capability. Excellent programming skills in Java, C#, Javascript, HTML, CSS Solid written and verbal communication skills.
