We have an amazing opportunity for a talented and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead 6-8 engineers within the Accessibility Insights team. The work will center around developing our open-source services stack and accessibility scanning engines across Windows, Android and iOS.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of software engineers. 10+ years of commercial software engineering covering all stages of the release cycle. Great problem solving and design skills, with demonstrated passion for quality, performance and engineering excellence Knowledge and passion for Agile development practices, including continuous integration, test-driven development and pair-programming.
