In this role you will be... Leading, mentoring and guiding a team of 6 to 8 software engineers from across the world working with Travel and Transportation customers. Giving thoughtful feedback, nurturing a rigorous engineering environment, and providing contexts for team members to grow. Guiding your team members as they to design, implement, schedule, and deliver value alongside our customers. We expect you to be a hands on player-coach so you'll need to be coding with your team as well. Minimum of 7+ years of experience working in and leading teams shipping commercially-competitive software or services. At least 2 years leading teams in a software engineering or services environment. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences or another relevant field. Our team values postgraduate study and people from diverse academic backgrounds. Knowledge of and experience in a few programming languages and applying them with Microsoft Azure services.
